MALTA, N.Y. -- A local dealership is under fire after police execute a search warrant and seize a number of business records related to the investigation.

That dealership is Nissan of Saratoga, located on Route 9 in Malta. New York State Police, the New York Department of Motor Vehicles and the state Attorney General's Office are looking into several complaints. They aren't releasing many details as to what the allegations are.

Nissan of Saratoga refused to comment. However, a salesperson at a different Nissan dealership in the area says he isn't surprised.

If you'd like to file a complaint over a transaction with Nissan of Saratoga, you can call the Albany Consumer Fraud Bureau at 1-800-771-7755 or head to the Attorney General's website for a complaint form.
