DA seeks homes for neglected horses

SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Saratoga County District Attorney is reaching out to the community to find anyone interested in adopting horses that suffered neglect. Their owner, Ann Arnold, was convicted of 19 counts of failure to provide proper food, water, and sustenance.

DA Jim Murphy is asking those interested to head to his website's contact page, and he would forward their information along to the Upstate SPCA.

There is no word on the current condition of the horses, other than they are being monitored by the SPCA.
