PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- An aggressive fox bit two people and a dog in Pittsfield. Police say it happened in the outer Williams area over the weekend.

Officials say the fox was put down by patrol officers on Saturday and it was sent to the state lab for testing.

Anyone who may have witnessed aggressive behavior by a fox or who may have been exposed to the animal is asked to call the Department's Animal Control Officers at (413) 448-9700.
