WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- An 18-year-old was arrested for DWI in Queensbury. The Warren County Sheriff's office said Zachary Ignazio crashed his car on State Route 9-L in Queensbury around 2 a.m. Sunday.

Officials said Ignazio's car went off the road and crashed into some trees, but when they arrived on the scene, he and his passenger were not there.

Later, Deputies said Ignazio returned to the scene and told them he had not been drinking, but he reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .13 percent. He was arrested, processed, and released.

No one was injured in the crash.
