CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- The annual "Anyone Can Tri - Triathlon" is held in Clifton Park Sunday.

Participants of all ages came together to test their level of fitness with the rigorous swim, bike and run. While some competed individually, others came as teams.

The Saratoga Southern YMCA said they had about 110 adults sign for the course, which consists of a 350-yard swim, followed by a 10 mile bike ride and capped off by a three point two mile run.

This year's triathlon honored Chris Gleason, a Y member who passed away last year.
Organizers said Gleason was active in the Y, as well as in his community - and the two are very closely involved.

Chris Belden, Sr. program director for the Southern Saratoga YMCA said, “We do this every year, it's part of the community. We get the community involved to take part and be healthy and fit. It's a fun event and we get people from outside of the community as well."

Belden said about 110 kids participated in the kid's race - a smaller scale version of the adult triathlon.
