SCHENECTADY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Three people are facing charges in the Town of Princetown after under aged drinking lands one person in the hospital.

State Police say the incident happened last week when they responded to a call of an intoxicated under aged female. She was transported by ambulance to Ellis Hospital, treated and released.

An investigation led to three arrests. Anthony Manning, 17, of Rotterdam, has been charged with one count of sexual misconduct and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Gina Skinner, 44, of Princetown, is facing multiple charges for dealing with a minor illegally.

Police also arrested a 16-year-old who they say provided false information regarding who supplied the alcohol to the teens.

Both Manning and the teen were issued an order of protection to stay away from the victim.
