By: Jason Hy

100 years ago today, tragedy stuck in the North Atlantic. At 2:30 a.m. on April 15th, 1912, the RMS Titanic sank after striking an iceberg. The once thought "unsinkable ship" was at the Ocean Floor in just under three hours. More than 1,500 people lost their lives. YNN photojournalist Jason Hy takes a look at how this tragedy impacted some New York Families, and how they still remember their loved ones today.
