SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Saratoga Community members come together to honor World War two veterans with a special presentation of the film "Raid on Polesti".
The film was shown at Saratoga's New York State Military Museum and featured a question and answer session with World War II prisoner of war Seymour Segan and Warren Dart, son of the late Tuskegee airman Clarance Dart. Segan and Dart were heavily involved in the air raids that took place over Polesti, Romania.
Polesti was a strategic point during the war for it's oil refineries that supplied the German war machine.
The museum, located at 61 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs, is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
