WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man who they say broke into a home while his three-year-old son slept outside in the car.
Deputies said around 3 a.m. Wednesday, they found Justin Perry, 28, parked on the side of road in the Town of Hampton with his son sleeping inside the car. They said during the interview they found valuables inside the car with someone else's name on them.
