CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- Ocean State Job Lot is now open in Clifton Park.

The discount retail store, located in the North Country Commons on Route 146, is now open seven days a week. Fifty people have already been hired to work at the store.

"It is our 107th store for the company and our sixth in New York State. We are really glad to be growing in the area, adding jobs to the area and bringing a great new store to the plaza here," said Peter Sgorrano, store manager from Ocean State Job Lot.

In honor of the grand opening, the company donated thousands of pounds of food to the Regional Food Bank in Latham.
