NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- A grand jury has dismissed a marijuana possession charge against former New Paltz Board of Education President Donald Kerr.
Kerr resigned from his post in November after he was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Police said Kerr accepted a package carrying eight pounds of marijuana.
The DA said there was insufficient evidence in the case.
