SCHOHARIE COUNTY, N.Y. -- More money is headed for Schoharie County, this time to help the Railroad Museum. The Schoharie Colonial Heritage Association is getting $15,000 today to help in their mission of preserving historical sites.

They have had a hard time since last summer's flooding, when six feet of water from Schoharie Creek poured into the museum. The museum has been closed since then, and is trying to complete electrical, foundation, heating and utility work on several buildings.
