By: YNN Staff

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. -- After 22 years, Gina Castelli and Siena parted ways in early March. It took the school more than a month to find her replacement.

According to sources, Ali Jacques will be introduced at a press conference on Thursday as the newest coach to the program.

Jacques will become the eighth Head coach in program history. Jacques is a 1998 graduate of NYU. She has paid her dues bouncing all around all over in her coaching career.

She started as an assistant at Rider and then three years at Sacred Heart. Then she spent three seasons as an assistant at Furman. Dayton was her next stop for one year. She then spent two years as an assistant at George Washington followed by four years at Northwestern. The last two years as associate head coach.
