ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 12-year-old Albany boy was arrested for the fourth time in as many months.

Police pulled over a car early Tuesday morning and say five people got out and ran from it. It was later determined that the car was stolen and police caught up to the 12-year-old soon afterwards, who matched the description of one of the people seen running from the car. He's now charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

In the past, the boy has been arrested for crimes that include burglary and stealing a car.

The boy was turned over to his mother and will appear in family court to answer to the charges.
