SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A disturbing case of sexual assault in Saratoga County as investigators say a 12-year-boy in Wilton is accused of raping a girl younger than 11.

The boy, whose name is not being released due to his age, is facing four charges: three felonies and one misdemeanor.

The nature of the rape charge, based on the arrest report, is due to the victim’s age and inability to consent.

The incident happened back on April 2nd. The boy was arrested Saturday.
