QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A seven-year-old boy is hospitalized after police said he lost control of his bicycle. It happened on Cedarwood Drive in Queensbury on Friday.

Police said the boy was riding on a bike alongside his older brother when he veered off the road while going around a steep, sharp curve. He then fell down a 40 foot embankment, losing his helmet along the way.

He was flown to Albany Medical Center where his condition is unknown.
