RENSSELAER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Hollywood Drive-In Theatre opens for its 60th year Friday night in Averill Park, and that's not the only thing making this opening special. The Theatre said they will be the first drive-in in the state with digital projection.
They said they have kept admission prices the same at $8 per adult. And don't forget the snacks! Owners said the concession stand is adding new items and specials to celebrate their 60th year.
Hollywood Drive-In's first movies of the season will be “The Lorax” at 7:45 p.m., and “The Hunger Games,” starting at 9:30 p.m.
