ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ulster County Legislative Chairman Terry Bernardo is expected to sign an agreement for a flood buyout program Thursday. The program will provide funding for victims of flooding in Wawarsing.

At total of $3.8 million is coming from the Housing Trust Fund Corporation, along with $3.7 million from the DEP, will be given to homeowners living near a New York City Aqueduct or whose homes were damaged by flooding in the region since April 1st, 2004.
