Police: Level 3 sex offender exposed himself to children on school bus
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police have arrested a level three sex offender who they said exposed himself to children on a school bus.
Officers responded to the area of Elizabeth and Alexander streets around 7 a.m. after a bus driver reported the incident. The driver said the suspect, identified as Titus Jenkins, exposed himself to the four children on the bus and then followed the bus on foot. When the bus stopped, he exposed himself again.
Shortly after the call, an officer stopped Jenkins who was walking on McCarty Avenue. He was arrested and charged with two counts of public lewdness and eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Jenkins was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Jail.
