FORESTBURGH, N.Y. -- A missing person alert has been issued out of Sullivan County.

Ashley MacDonald, 20, was last seen on Sackett Lake Road in the Town of Forestburgh at about 11 p.m. Monday.

According to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services website, MacDonald is suicidal and has a history of drug abuse and violent tendencies.

She was wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, tan sneakers, and a black hooded sweatshirt. She is believed to be on foot.
