POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A public hearing will be held Monday on a construction project that could revitalize the Poughkeepsie waterfront. Rezoning issues surround a $100 million project that would bring luxury condos to the waterfront.

The project would create an estimated 30 permanent positions and 500 construction jobs.

The City Council is expected to vote on the rezoning within the next couple weeks.
