After a big win last weekend over Lafayette to end a three game road trip the Army Lacrosse team returned to West Point to take on their 4th nationally ranked opponent this season.

The Black Knights hosted Colgate in a Patriot league Matchup.

Tied at 1 in the 1st, Andrew Boyd works his way out front takes a hit but still finds the back of the net for a 2-1 Army lead.

But the Colgate went on a 3-1 run. Ryan Collins sweeps this one off the ground into goal the Raiders take a 6-3 lead.

But Army answers with a run of it's own. Tyler Kamide bounces one on goal, Black Knights end the 1st half with 4 unanswered they lead 7-6 at the break.

Raiders out strong in the 2nd. Ryan Walsh gets in front and flips it in, 3 unanswered for Colgate to give them a 9-7 lead.

Black Knights fight back again. Brendan Buckley with the long stick gets his first goal of the season the game tied up at 9.

But the Raider offense proved too much. Peter Baum fires top shelf putting Colgate ahead again and that's where they'd stay. Army falls to the Raiders 15-13 the final.
