NASSAU, N.Y. -- An 18-year-old Schodack resident is arrested for rape.

Village of Nassau Police arrested Michael Gaioni on charges of rape, criminal sex act, and endangering the welfare of a child.

They said the arrest stems from an incident involving a female under the age of 18.

Gaioni is now in the Rensselaer County Jail on $15,000 bail.
