CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- While some people already did their taxes, others in our area are still owed refunds from their 2008 taxes. Senator Charles Schumer said almost 250 people in the Capital Region have money coming to them. The median refund is almost $700.

A lot of those people didn't get their return because they changed addresses. About 75 people in Albany County alone are still due. Greene County recipients are still owed an average of more than $4,000.

If you never got your 2008 return, head to www.schumer.senate.gov to view Senator Schumer's roster.
