AMSTERDAM, N.Y. -- Amsterdam Police arrested a Gloversville man they say sexually assaulted a teenage girl.

Police say the victim reported the assaults back in 2011.

Detectives filed for an arrest warrant of David Hopkins, 39.

Hopkins was arrested and charged with rape. He was arraigned and is being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bail.
