ALBANY, N.Y. -- Close to 50 Occupy protesters filled Albany County Court after they were charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. They all walked free from the charges.
Albany County DA David Soares has said he won't prosecute nonviolent Occupy Albany protesters. There have been more than 130 arrests over the past month.
