ALBANY, N.Y. -- A long day of protests in the City of Albany as part of the Occupy Wall Street ends in the arrest of one person who police said violated the curfew of the state owned Lafayette Park.
The arrest happened after the 11:00 pm curfew on Thursday night. Only one person was arrested, despite others standing around in the park after the curfew.
Earlier this week, Albany County District Attorney David Soares said he had no intention of prosecuting trespassers.
Governor Cuomo said that he would continue to monitor the situation in the parks.
