ALBANY, N.Y. -- The Occupy Albany protesters may find a tale of two parks. One half of the park they're in, is owned by the city. The other half, the state.
At his press conference Monday, Cuomo addressed the Occupy Movement.
Cuomo also says the state has tried to make it's curfew exactly the same as Albany, to accommodate the protesters.
