SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- More details have emerged surrounding the March death of a Westchester teen in Saratoga Springs. Alexander Grant, 19, was visiting friends at Skidmore College when he disappeared in March.
Police have now said they don't have enough evidence to charge anyone with providing Grant with alcohol on the night of his death. He was seen on surveillance video breaking into an office on March 5th before his body was found in a creek.
An autopsy revealed Grant had been drinking the night he disappeared. Officials said his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit for driving when he died.
The Saratoga County District Attorney had said he was offering immunity to anyone who may have been involved in underage drinking at the party that night, if they come forward with information about Grant's disappearance.
