PORT JERVIS, N.Y. -- The man arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Port Jervis earlier this month was indicted on Monday.

An Orange County grand jury indicted Todd Sinclair on murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment charges.

According to police, earlier in the month Randy Kizer was shot at the corner of Prospect Street and Neversink Avenue. They said Sinclair was tailing Kizer's car when he tried to run him off the road. When Kizer got out of his car to find out why Sinclair was following him, police said Sinclair pulled out a gun and started shooting.

Sinclair has been in the Orange County jail without bail since the shooting.
