PORT JERVIS, N.Y. -- Police continue to investigate a deadly shooting in Port Jervis this week. Randy Kizer was shot at the corner of Prospect Street and Neversink Avenue Wednesday night.
Investigators say Todd Sinclair was tailing Kizer's car when he tried to run him off the road. When Kizer got out of his car to find out why Sinclair was following him, that's when police say Sinclair pulled out a gun and started shooting.
According to the Port Jervis Police Chief the victim was an acquaintance of the suspect and one of the people inside the car knew the suspect as well.
Sinclair is now facing at least five felony counts including second degree murder and first degree manslaughter. He's being held at the Orange County Correctional Facility in Goshen.
