TROY, N.Y. -- An Averill Park man charged in the double homicide of a Troy couple has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges.
Michael Mosley was arraigned in Rensselaer County Court on Thursday. He is accused of killing Arica Lynn Schneider, 18, and her boyfriend Samuel "Frost" Holley, 27, eight years ago.
Mosley's DNA was entered into the DNA database last year and authorities said it matched blood found at the couple's apartment in 2002. He was arrested in June.
