HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- Sullivan County continues to have the highest unemployment rate in the Hudson Valley.

Numbers released by the State Labor Department for the month of February show the county's rate is at 10.8 percent.

However, Dutchess and Orange County are showing positive growth staying below the state and national average with rates staying in the eight percent range.

New York State's average is still above the national average with a rate of 9.2 percent.
