Second quarter Engineers already up 4-1, Wes Rudy adds onto that lead. He bounces the lefty shot home to make it a 5-1 RPI lead. That was the score at the half.
Third quarter, Vassar trying to get back into it, on the man advantage. Scott Brekne to Jeff Lee for the score. Vassar down 5-2.
More from them, this time Lee finds Max Herman who beats James Manchester for the score. Vassar down 5-3.
But the Engineers not going to let this one get away from them. Andrew Miller picks up the ground ball off the save and puts it in. 6-3 RPI. They beat Vassar by a final of 9-4. Engineers are 7-0 on the season.
