It's now time to honor our Kid of the Week. This week, we salute 14-year-old Samantha Klos of Rexford.

Over the past year, Samantha has collected recyclable bottles and donated all the proceeds to her local animal shelter. Her family says she has a passion to help animals and make sure someone’s there to take care of them.
