There was a bit of a celebration across the country and in New York City Friday for donut day. The national day comes only a day after Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced plans to ban over sized sodas, but that didn't stop the mayor from signing a donut proclamation. As YNN's Grace Rauh reports, the mayor doesn't dislike all sugary items.
