YNN also provides sportscasts 16-hours a day. A full local sportscast is telecast daily at :45 past the hour, starting at 5:45pm, through the next morning at 9:45am. Our “Triple Play” sportscast highlighting three big local or national sports stories of the day is telecast at approximately :25 past the hour, starting at 6:25pm through the next morning at 9:25am. (Note that Sportscasts and our regular feature segments are not telecast during Capital Tonight, at 8:00pm and 11:30pm on weeknights.)
