Wanted sex offender surrenders
ALBANY, N.Y. -- A sex offender wanted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force has surrendered to authorities.
Nicholas Dayter, also known as "Heny," was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and criminal contempt.
The Department of Justice said Dayter turned himself in on Friday and that while being processed he said one of the reasons he surrendered was because his information was being aired on YNN.
