MONTGOMERY COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police arrested a Scotia woman for driving with a blood alcohol content of over four times the legal limit.

State Police say the Nancy Dwyer, 50, woman hit a parked car while pulling into a parking spot at the Pattersonville Service Area on the New York State Thruway in the Town of Florida. Her BAC was .35. She was arrested for felony DWI and sent to Montgomery County Jail on $5,000 bail.
