ALBANY, N.Y. -- Crews are clearing up a water main break in downtown Albany. It happened at off North Pearl Street between Chapel and Pembroke. That's right in the area of the Palace Theater.

Police said utility crews are trying to figure out exactly where the break happened. But they're not issuing a boil water advisory because they've still got enough pressure in the surrounding water lines.
