Man pleads guilty to sexual assault
BERKSHIRE COUNTY, Mass. -- A man who was employed as a school councilor has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting three young girls.
The Berkshire District Attorney's office says that Scott Muir, 36, sexually assaulted three girls under the age of 14 when he was employed at Stockbridge Plain School between 2003 and 2005. The incidents are alleged to have occurred at the school.
Muir has been charged with rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. He was released on $100,000 bail.
