BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. -- The Saratoga Springs man accused of making threats against the president as well as school children has pleaded not guilty in Saratoga County Court.

Brent Dickinson is charged with one count of making a terrorist threat for the alleged threats against school children. The U.S. Attorney's Office is handling the alleged threats against the president and that investigation is ongoing.

Officials said Dickinson was intercepted by the Secret Service when he posted his intent on the White House message board back in March. The Secret Service, along with the Saratoga Springs Police Department, identified his location through his e-mails.

Dickinson was sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
