Solomon returns home from Washington, D.C. where he reported for several television news outlets, including WENY in Elmira, NY, WSEE in Erie, PA, and Cox Television. He covered all the bases on Capitol Hill, from interviewing California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger at the White House, to covering President Obama’s first health care speech to Congress in September 2009.

Solomon received his Master’s with distinction from Boston University’s broadcast journalism program, but before that, he graduated with honors from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. After working in corporate law, Solomon decided to pursue his dream of becoming a television journalist. He also attended BU as an undergrad, graduating with honors in political science.

When he’s not on the scene for stories that matter to you, Solomon is either spending time with his parents and four younger siblings, or on his way down to the Bronx to root for his beloved Yankees.
